A reputable consultancy on the Northern Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.
Your new role
As the temporary Receptionist / Administration Assistant, you will be primarily responsible for facilitating effective communication, administration support and follow-up between internal and external stakeholders.
Your role will involve:
- Provide first point of contact
- Email management and ensuring all communication is distributed and recorded
- Preparing correspondence
- Planning and preparing for meetings and taking minutes
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering stock when required
- Coordinating office maintenance
- Coordinating travel arrangements for various business units
- General administration support to the wider team
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have:
- Minimum 2 years experience in an administration all-rounder position
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to multitask and prioritise deadlines
- A can do positive attitude
- The ability to work full time Monday - Friday
