Administration Assistant / Receptionist in Construction Business
North Queensland's most awarded and trusted builder is looking for a full-time receptionist to join our team. This long-term position offers fantastic job security and stability within a dedicated and successful team.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Wage will be set according to award, adjusted in consideration of your skills and experience.
Reception Duties:
- Open and prepare office; monitor and maintain tidiness.
- Greet people entering office, direct visitors to appropriate personnel. Make tea/coffee for clients and visitors.
- Answer incoming phone calls and take messages.
- Other general office duties.
Admin Duties:
- Bill and data entry.
- Prepare project handover documents.
- Monitor and maintain currency of WH&S documentation from subcontractors.
- Assist with approval applications and other documentation acquisition and processing.
- Assist colleagues with special projects as directed.
- Monitor and attend to email accounts.
- Construction administrative support.

- Similar previous office / admin experience is desirable
