We are seeking a Full Time Administration Assistant to join our team!
Your responsibilities include:
- Provide high level of customer service
- General reception duties
- Assisting current administration staff
- Answering incoming calls
- Assisting with customer enquiries and email correspondence
- Liaise with property managers, tenants, owners, tradesmen, suppliers etc.
- Entering accurate data
- Scheduling of jobs
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in an administration role preferred but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Tradify or other scheduling programs will be highly regarded
- Flexible and adaptable to work priorities is essential
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly and enjoy working in a team
Hours:
Monday-Thrusday 9am-5pm & Friday 9am-4pm
