We are looking for a friendly and positive Receptionist / Administration Clerk for our head office in Bomen, Wagga Wagga. You will be responsible for the front Reception first and foremost but will have the unique Receptionist opportunity to learn debtors, creditors, banking and general administration duties.
The position offers above award wages for the right person. The incumbent will be required to effectively provide reception and administrative support to the site with the potential to assist at other Truck Art branches as required.
This position can be a ‘traineeship’ for the right applicant where you have the opportunity to learn the theory behind what you are practicing during the day.
Successful candidates should possess the following:-
- Pleasant and Confident phone manner
- Very high attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills
- Demonstrated experience with a variety of software programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good data entry skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and within a team environment
- Need to be Self Motivated and get your work completed quickly and accurately
- Willing to learn
- Able to work well under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
This is a fulltime postion based on a 38hr week.
