About the role
This is a 12-months contract role with high possible conversion to permanent position. Your duties include:
- Office Admin: CRM platform – keep it up to date
- Newsletter and media releases
- Marketing: Updating/creating PowerPoint presentations
- Taking incoming phone calls and redirecting as necessary
- Handling and answering basic customer queries/complaint
- Coordinating events/celebrations
Required Skills:
- PowerPoint - Excel to charts - Word - Adobe - Zoom/Teams
- Must communicate well, have excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle competing requests and priorities.
- Patience, professional and respectful attitude are important.
- Must be willing to follow instructions, willingness to expand skillset desirable
