About the company
This is a great opportunity to work for a nationally recognised, growing company, located in North Sydney.  You will be working in a relaxed yet professional atmosphere, developing cutting edge investment information in real estate and other major asset classes.   
  
About the role
This is a 12-months contract role with high possible conversion to permanent position. Your duties include:
  • Office Admin: CRM platform – keep it up to date
  • Newsletter and media releases
  • Marketing: Updating/creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Taking incoming phone calls and redirecting as necessary
  • Handling and answering basic customer queries/complaint
  • Coordinating events/celebrations
  
Required Skills:
  • PowerPoint - Excel to charts - Word - Adobe - Zoom/Teams
  • Must communicate well, have excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle competing requests and priorities.
  • Patience, professional and respectful attitude are important.
  • Must be willing to follow instructions, willingness to expand skillset desirable
