AddressHFM Legal is a modern law firm located in Mount Lawley. We require a receptionist with the skills, experience and savvy to be the back bone of our day-to-day operations.
The successful applicant will be involved in many aspects of the company. Applicants are to be highly organised, efficient, motivated and well presented. The right person for the role will also possess exceptional customer service skills, the ability to multi-task and have a strong work ethic.
The position is part-time, flexible, two days per week (8.30am to 5.00pm) with the option to increase days based on skills and business needs. It is a permanent position subject to an initial 3 month probationary period.

Desirable but not necessary
- Prior experience in the legal industry; and
- Experience using Filepro.
