An exciting opportunity exists for experienced Administration Officers to join South Eastern Private Hospital's Patient Administration team, primarily supporting the front of house administrative functions of the hospital. This is a highly diverse administrative position that plays a pivotal role in providing the high standard of patient care that is expected at South Eastern Private Hospital.
The incumbents will require a high degree of initiative, self-management, attention to detail and tact to deal with the range of functions and tasks involved in hospital administration.

Key Focus:
- Delivery of high quality administrative support to the hospital by providing the highest level of customer service to our patients, internal and external stake holders.
- Assist with the admission, discharge and pre-booking of patients into the hospital.
- Provision of reception and switchboard duties
- Ensure timely collection of patient payments
Skills and Experience:
You will have:
- Proven administrative experience in a health setting.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite.
- Strong customer service focus, that is both professional and diplomatic.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple and shifting priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality across all facets of the working environment.
- Proven ability to be reliable, flexible and available on short notice.
- Administrative experience within a hospital environment.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience with WEBPAS
- Medical Terminology
