SalaryB&E Foods is one of the largest food distributors specializing in chicken deboning. We are currently looking for an experienced receptionist for our office in Ormeau, QLD. Candidate must have experience in a Reception position and be available to work full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors
- Professional customer service
- Update system records where required
- Administrative support
- Provide sales support to the team
- Take care of cash sales customers with placing order, generating invoices and collecting payment.
Skills and Experience:
- Self-starter with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service and telephone skills
- Organized and able to work under pressure
- Adaptable and strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of Microsoft softwares such as Word, Outlook and Excel
- Positive attitude
- Stable work history and able to work unsupervised
- Experience in a Receptionist position is ideal
- Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
