Records Officer | Wallsend/Ourimbah/Beresfield | Large Utilities Organisation
- $42.84 p/h + super
- Contract until 30/06/24 with extensions
- Locations: Travel between sites at Wallsend, Beresfield and Ourimbah
- 3 days in office and 2 days from home
- Performs onsite operational support including records management and facilitating onsite activities.
- Creates and maintains records and data in a range of systems to capture, action and monitor information.
- Orders and coordinates equipment and materials for daily operations.
- Provides administrative support in the issuing of work to the field and recording outcomes of work completed and returned.
- Liaise and advise internal and external stakeholder on matters within area of responsibility.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be directed by your Manager, in line with the Work Level Standards for this role.
Essential Requirements:
- Intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft Office and systems.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
- Established interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with a variety of stakeholder groups.
- Recognised analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
- Highly evident communication skills both written and oral.
- Proficient in record management systems including HPRM (TRIM).
