The role is based in a relatively small office environment in the busy industrial area of Laverton North with plenty of free parking available.
We are looking for a lively and energetic person with an attention to detail to manage our payroll, invoicing, payment and compliance processes.
In addition, you will also enjoy speaking with candidates and clients to become an integral part of the recruitment team. You will learn the whole recruitment cycle from initial advertising and candidate response management through to interviewing, onboarding and reverse marketing of candidates to clients.
The role will involve using databases, spreadsheets, emails and reports as well as communicating with and visiting clients. You will write and place adverts and interview, so a good level of communication, numeracy and literacy is required.
This is an exciting position for a competent administrator looking to expand their skills into recruitment.
