Managing a team of 4 you will have the opportunity to grow and develop the team whilst servicing and developing our ever-growing client base. As a vital contributor to our national leadership group you will regularly connect with your peers to help set the future direction of our overall business.
Your day will include:
- Mentoring a team of Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers
- Strategically managing existing clients
- Developing new business opportunities
- Managing your P&L monthly
- Overseeing the day to day operations
- Driving strategic recruitment plans
- Championing a safety culture for clients and candidates
What you'll bring to the table:
- Strong business acumen
- Recruitment industry experience, preferably industrial & high volume
- A track record of providing service excellence
- The ability to work under pressure
- Communicate and influence effectively
- A genuine passion for the labour hire sector
- Have a natural ability to lead from the front
- Be able to network and build relationships
