About the Role:
Our Recruitment Consultants provide exceptional customer service to Protech clients by making accurate, safe, and methodical recruitment decisions that lead to the highest quality of placement for each role. This position will see you take on key responsibilities, such as the following:
Drafting and posting job advertisements
Pre-screening, interviewing, shortlisting, reference checking and placements
Managing and growing our existing client relationships
Delivering excellent candidate care and building long term relationships with field employees
Build talent pools and reverse marketing our great employees into our client base.

Desired Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role (blue collar highly regarded but not required)
Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
Demonstrated knowledge & experience in recruitment.
Ability to work well under pressure and to set deadlines
