Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads from employers to understand their talent or HR requirements
• Using your magnetic and outgoing personality, instantly create rapport with clients
• Ensure clients trust us to solve their needs and quickly become loyal repeat customers
• Source and liaise with candidates ‘talent’ whose career aspirations, skills and experience are aligned with our clients’ needs
• Manage the process and administration to deliver - win (client) win (candidate) win (us) results!
• Although there is no outbound sales calls or business development requirements, you must be results oriented

Located in a vibrant office in Port Melbourne working alongside a passionate team. The beach is 300 metres away and the café filled Bay Street is on our doorstep. Trams / buses take 10 min to the city and leave every 7 minutes and there is free on street parking with easy access to the Monash, Westgate and Tullamarine freeways. Based on your delivery of minimum performance standards, your will receive an annual package of $90k - $150k+ with additional incentives payable. This role has a base salary of $60k to $75k (depending upon experience) plus Super.  We will train you on the systems and processes, and have you up and running with your own in-bound clients by the end of Week 1!
