We are searching for a RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT to look after Perm jobs and the Temp Jobs supplying staff to our clients. We need someone who can look after various client jobs such as Engineering, Technical, Sales and Management.
We have succeeded in getting business as most clients are repeats or referrals; we need someone with skills to source applicants, take control of the jobs, and fill them. You will need excellent people skills to source great talent. You will also be given clients and orders and the autonomy to manage and develop the client portfolio that suits you and assist decision-makers from SMEs to global organisations in sourcing top staff.
You will be given the best technology in the industry as we offer the latest software technology, ATS & CRM Plus posting tools, ongoing support and training.
This will be a full-time office-based position, as training will be needed. However, we may also offer flexibility after training to work a day or two from home.
This position may also be suitable for persons on a holiday work visa. We need someone who doesn't mind talking on the phone and connecting with technical people.
