We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney team. As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the tech sector, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting the best tech talent in the industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Negotiation and Placement: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding, to ensure a smooth transition for both clients and candidates.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of the tech landscape, including various roles, skills, and technologies.
