About the Company
Tardis Group is a Global Executive Search company with head office located in Sydney, Barangaroo. We are currently looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultants to provide recruitment and executive search services to industries like Finance, Legal & Compliance and Technology.
You will be working out of our newest branch office located in Perth CBD, as part of our company expansion.
We are a business that is currently driving significant growth and looking to bring in the right talent that will want to grow business in Western Australia and Singapore, as well as be a part of our success over the comingyears.

In Order To Be Successful, You Will Require:
- Minimum 2 years’ 360 recruitment experience in a search firm.
- Background in either Finance, Legal & Compliance or Technology recruiting.
- Solution sales and/or business development experience would be a plus.
- A good understanding of the relevant industry that you would like to focus on.
- An ability to create rapport and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients is essential to your success.
- Previous experience in successfully reaching revenue targets and KPI's.
- Ambition, sense of self pride and developing a reputation for excellence will be essential qualities
- Be a highly proactive individual with experience in a role where persistence and tenacity are paramount to your success.
Job Details:
- Provide full end-to-end recruitment services including provision of advice, attraction & sourcing strategies, and candidate management.
- Deliver bulk recruitment projects.
- Attract and source suitable candidates using various mediums, including; talent database searches in combination with LinkedIn and advanced internet/database searches.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted.
