Opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a NSW Public Sector organisation to support one of their divisions.
ABOUT THE ROLEWe have an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a NSW Government background to join a supportive NSW Government team on an initial 4-month contract.
The role will focus on supporting the end-to-end recruitment process across the division and working with the various teams to ensure that it runs smoothly to achieve the best outcomes.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Writing job advertisements.
- Short-listing candidates and working with the recruitment panels to meet deadlines.
- Onboarding new employees into our systems.
- Managing administration and compliance to the organisational standards.
- Building and maintaining quality relationships with the wider team and candidates.
- Collate information and input data entry into the system where required.
- Strong recruitment experience and a proven track record of working in NSW Government Public Sector.
- Eagerness to learn and be able to hit the ground running.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional customer service.
- A personable phone manner and team player.
- Strong attention to detail with written skills and data entry.
- Ability to use various systems in a digitally advanced organisation.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
