Our client is one of the largest essential service providers in Australia and New Zealand providing a comprehensive range of operational maintenance, design, construction, remediation and assess and facilities management services to their clients and customers across a wide range of sectors. These sectors include resources, telecommunications, transport, energy, water, health and industrial.
Our well-known client based in the Latrobe Valley is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join the team on a 12-month full time fixed contract, with the opportunity for ongoing employment.
Your new role
Onboarding a large volume of new and existing trades employees
Screening resumes and applicants
Administration tasks – checking licences and compliance documents
Updating databases as required
Organising medicals, site access and coordinating a variety of task
Providing updates to Management regarding recruitment activities
Adhoc duties as required
What you’ll need to succeed
Experience in high volume recruitment – blue collar desirable
Must have flexible working approach to meet our high demands
Be highly motivated and hardworking
Ability to build & foster productive and co-operative working relationships
Strong administration skills and high attention to detail
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding and interpretation of Enterprise Agreements – EBAs
