Address- 14/14 days and nights roster | FIFO from Perth to Port Hedland
- Base + FIFO Allowances + Shift Allowances + Super + Bonuses
- 18 weeks full pay or 36 weeks half pay for primary caregivers

About the role:
The Port Production team is currently seeking a Coordinator Port Production join them on a 14/14 days and nights based at Port Hedland. Reporting to the Supervisor Port Production, you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring and assistance to their team, display positive safety behaviours and a commitment to quality execution and production within the Port.
Duties:
- Prioritise work schedule and adapt to meet unplanned events caused by additional works, changes of scope and equipment availability
- Develop and implement business improvements in line with day crew priorities
- Ensure compliance to work management systems and processes with the timely execution of planned work orders and close outs with quality task execution and safety performance
- Provide coverage and alternate supervision to teams during periods of planned and unplanned leave
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive practical experience in mining, civil earthmoving or plant operations
- Demonstrated experience in leadership or supervisory positions
- Current Manual Drivers License, earthmoving tickets desired
- Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Certification Desirable
