About You
You are a recruitment consultant who has extensive experience recruiting professional white collar level roles. You have a strong working understanding of LinkedIn for the use of headhunting and resourcing purposes. You have a strong creative writing ability and are comfortable writing job advertisements, briefs and candidate reports. You are reliable, open and honest, enjoy the delivery elements of recruitment and providing a quality service to clients.
About the role
Here is your opportunity to join Arete Executive, Queensland’s only research-based, fully retained executive search company. Now over 14 years old, Arete Executive provides headhunting services across most industries throughout Australia. Arete Executive continues to grow from strength to strength, and now requires an additional Executive Recruitment Consultant to join the team. There is no business development requirements for this role.
The hours can be very flexible to accommodate your work/lifestyle requirements (children, study, sporting commitments etc.). This role is focussed on delivering retained assignments over a specified timeframe.
To be considered, you must have a proven track record in recruitment, ideally 10 plus years working in agency or internal roles. You must be able to hit the ground running, although you will be provided with comprehensive training in the Arete way of delivering retained search assignments. An extremely rewarding commission structure is on offer along with a great team culture.
