More About the Role….
Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will be leading a high performing recruitment team and be responsible for providing end to end recruitment strategies to source and attract talent across the Spotlight Group.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and coach our recruitment team towards success
- Partner with all business units provide support and advice on all aspects of recruitment
- Manage your own portfolio of end to end recruitment for Support Office
- Writing and posting attractive job advertisements to attract talent to all of the brands
- Conducting strategic talent searches via various platforms including Seek Premium, Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Process and screening a high volume of applications, phone interviewing and booking interviews.
- Develop and roll out sourcing strategies across all areas of the organisation.
- Building talent pipelines and strong community networks to fulfil our current and future needs.
- Promoting our global EVP to internal and external talent
- Communicating outcomes to candidates and talent pooling for future opportunities
- Generating employment contracts and assisting with the onboarding of new employees
- Managing Data integrity in the Talent Management System – PageUp.
- Monthly reporting to analyse business trends across your roles and the broader TA team including TA metrics and KPI’s continuously reviewing processes to ensure that we are evolving and delivering best practices to our managers and applicants.
- Other Projects: Engage with, support and lead other projects as needed
About You
- Demonstrated prior experience in a similar role within a fast pace environment
- You have led a team and experienced with coaching and developing team members
- Ability to build and strengthen relationships with stakeholders
- High level of negotiation skills
- A passion for providing quality customer service to internal and external customers
- Sound written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage your time to meet SLAs
- Prior experience working in retail business is preferred
- Experience recruiting within IT, Finance, Marketing and Merchandise is a must
