We have openings based in our Osborne Park and Mandurah offices. Working on a full-time basis supporting the recruitment of our caring and passionate CAREGiver’s.
This role would suit someone who already has some HR / Recruitment exposure or who has worked in aged care previously and understands how important our frontline care team are, has good administration skills, is an excellent communicator and presents professionally.

About the role:
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for administering the recruitment and selection process in a high-volume environment. Shortlisting and phone screening candidates, conducting face to face interviews and ensuring that we are recruiting good quality CAREGiver’s to support our clients.
As a Recruitment Officer with Home Instead, you will also support the onboarding of candidates which may include supporting with reference checks, raising and issuing contracts, compliance and other recruitment related administration.
Skills and Experience
Knowledge of aged care and understanding of a carer role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive Approach
Ability to juggle multiple priorities
Confidence and ability to learn different management systems to use efficiently.
Experience using Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook)
Desire to build long term career in Recruitment / Human Resources
