The Group operates seven clubs as well as a state of the art 600 seat theatre, a large Grand Ballroom and an extensive range of facilities to host events of all kinds along with a commercial office tower.

Position Overview: As the Recruitment Officer at Bankstown Sports Club, you'll play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent for our vibrant and dynamic teams. This position is central to our organisation's success, focusing on building a team that embodies our commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
This role is perfect for someone with a Hospitality or Clubs background who is motivated by helping to shape a workforce of passionate and dedicated people. We know that the first step to exceptional customer experiences starts with exceptional people and we are seeking a Recruitment Officer who will help us build this for our members and guests.
Here's what you'll do:
Key Accountabilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and assess candidates to build a skilled and diverse hospitality team.
- Selection Process: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from application to onboarding.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with potential candidates and external recruitment partners.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the development of our employer brand to attract top-tier talent.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and goals.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes adhere to all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the recruitment process.
