You are a team player that has great end to end recruitment experience from blue collar to corporate and everything in between. You know your way around recruitment systems and have a flare for writing ads. Following procedure is second nature for you to ensure the best outcome along with sharing new ideas with the team to provide best practice for the organisation.  

About the position:

This position is responsible for end-to-end recruitment process, working within an established team providing outstanding talent services to our internal stakeholders.

• This is a 12-month fixed term contract until April 2025
• Toowoomba City location
• The annual salary range for this position is $70,069.71 - $75,434.70 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.

• A combination of relevant experience and/or qualifications and competence
• Demonstrated end-to-end recruitment and/or human resources experience is essential
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize workloads
• Strong Microsoft office suite capabilities, and experience in using Recruitment and HRIS platforms.
• Excellent oral and written skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders in a timely manner to provide advice and support.
• Strong knowledge and application in recruitment and selection processes
• Commitment to Councils Organisation Values and Behaviours; in Talent & Retention we have a strong focus on Accountability
