We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Partner to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously and make a significant impact on the talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top talent within the construction and engineering sector through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, including resume review, phone interviews, and in-person interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage communication and provide regular updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Contract generation and onboarding of new starters.
- Position Description and Job Advertisement generation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter within the construction and engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.

- Newly created standalone role - 12-month contract
- Part-time 3,4 days or reduced hours 5 days per week.
- Hybrid working - Doncaster location.
