What we they looking for?
Due to winning a number of National contracts within Manufacturing, Supply chain and Logistics we are looking for a recruitment resourcer to support the QLD team.
Working closely with the Account Manager you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process and will include;
Sourcing, Screening / Interviewing candidates
creating an ongoing casual pool of Pickers, Packers, Fork lift drivers and Trades people.
Coordinating compliance, checking tickets, work rights etc
Contractor care
What are the requirements?
Previous customer service or B2B experience.
An exposure within Manufacturing, Supply chain and Logistics would be beneficial.
A proactive nature.
Proven client Management skills.
Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
