Key Responsibilities:Sourcing top-notch candidates through various channels. Conducting interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable positions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and job market dynamics. Providing expert guidance and advice to clients and candidates. Achieving and exceeding recruitment targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience in IT recruitment or IT (preferred)1 years of experience within Customer Service or SalesAbility to consistently deliver the highest customer service and relationship management level. A team and customer centric approach to workPassion for people! Excellent written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to work in a fast-paced, upbeat environment - your peers are passionate, fun, engaged and love what they do!
