About The Role
The Refugee Health Nurse provides high level quality assessments and social support to both individuals and families of refugees and people seeking asylum. You will provide casework, coordination and outreach as part of the Refugee Health Program.
This position is Part Time, Fixed Term and is classified under the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024.
About You
You will possess strong case management and care coordination skills with the ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and interventions. You will have proven experience working with a diverse group of clients experiencing complex needs including mental health issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to promote, negotiate and advocate for our clients.
