An exciting opportunity for a Regional IT Support Officer to join the Blue Water Shipping team in our Hamilton (Brisbane) office.
This is a newly created role that has the potential for professional growth and development as our business continues to succeed.
The principal objectives of this position are:
- Be the point of contact for Service Portal assistance
- Resolve Level 1 support tickets
- Contribute to and conforming to a healthy agile way of working within both the Regional support team and Global IT department
- Coordinate application support of managed TZ applications
- Ad-hoc participation in collaborative settings (eg projects)
- Coordinate print and network implementations
- Communicate with external service vendors
Tobe successful in this role, you'll need:
- ITIL knowledge on foundation level
- Insight and experience with ServiceNow
- Customer service experience
- Call centre competency
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities/deadlines
- High level of communication skills (written & verbal)
- Must be able to gain and maintain a Criminal History clearance
