About the role:
Location: Managing sites in the Gippsland and Latrobe region (Bairnsdale, Sale, Moe , Morwell and Traralgon) - Can be based out of Melbourne with need for travel.
Contract Type: Permanent Full Time
As a Regional Manager you will drive performance in each of the programs, provide leadership that reflects our values-based culture, and mentor and support our middle management team.
Travel will be required with this role.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Highly developed leadership skills
- Prior experience in managing multiple sites, managing budgets and achieving KPIs
- A high level of emotional intelligence and communication skills
