About the role:
In this role, you will lead, inspire and develop high performing teams, and manage the successful delivery of employment services programs across the Brisbane south, Logan area to Jimboomba.
As Regional Manager, you will ensure all jobseekers, clients and stakeholders receive quality services from your teams. You will work with the Site Managers and Program Managers to ensure government key performance indicators and contractual obligations are met and exceeded, manage and monitor financial performance indicators.
Reporting to the National Manager – Employment, you will contribute to the development and implementation of regional strategies and plans, achievement of performance and revenue targets, and adherence to organisational policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Regional or multi-site management experience
- Experience of employment services sector.
- Proven ability to confidently lead, develop and drive growth based across multiple sites.
- Lead performance excellence by setting clear direction, performance standards and expectations.
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving and conflict management skills.
- Proven experience coordinating and developing networks and relationships with potential employers, community organisations and government agencies.
- Strong focus on driving continuous improvement in a changing work environment.
- A hands on, results and outcomes focused approach with the ability to drive performance KPIs and targets.
- Effective interpersonal and time management skills.
- Budgeting / financial management.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply complex guidelines, administrative procedures and processes.
- A driving licence and a willingness to travel across the Brisbane south/Logan region
