We are excited to be hiring our next Regional Manager, Community Services, Metro VIC who will oversee the day to day operations of their regions clients and management of Community Services within the Metro, VIC region - Which includes: North, East and West Metro Regions . The Regional Manager contributes as a vital member of the Operations group to ensure that the services we provide are consistent with Feros Care's BOLD mission and values.
The ideal Applicant will be based on the Metro VIC area (preferably in the metro-west). From there, you will play a key role in building and maintaining experienced, skilled, happy and motivated multi-disciplinary teams of staff, volunteers and contractors (including Allied Health, Nursing and Carers) across several geographic areas of the Metro, VIC District.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure effective workforce planning so that regional staffing levels are optimized and a workforce is always available to achieve responsive service delivery, service levels and continuity of care
- Ensure regional teams have the clinical leadership, expert advice and issue resolution to facilitate high quality Community Services (inclusive of Allied Health and Nursing)
- Build a strong understanding of individual staff, their talents, their aspirations and goals to ensure staff can do their Best Life's Work at Feros Care
- Lead, support and develop service teams to create engaging, positive, playful, creative, cohesive and productive workplaces
About You:
- Previous management experience in a health service, aged, community or related environment - with a real focus around People leadership and Management.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a Management, Social Welfare/ Human Service/ Nursing/ Health Discipline (and current registration with a professional body where applicable) or broad experience in service delivery and quality systems in either the aged, community care or health sectors
- Demonstrated experience in leading community based multi-disciplinary service teams where you created a workplace culture that was engaging, positive, playful, creative, cohesive and productive.
- Ability to create strong regional networks of internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve our operational and strategic goals (including shared services, external contractors, education institutions).
- Understanding and advanced knowledge of person-centred care and an ability to deliver consistent professional and innovative services, quality outcomes and exceptional client experience.
- A passionate and driven focus on the Aged Care and Allied Health sector with a motivation to deliver the best service for our clients.
