About the Role:
The position of a Regional Manager Remote Communities is responsible for supervising and managing the operations of multiple communities across the Barkly region. This position oversees the core services of the communities and ensures they are effectively delivered in the town of Elliott and Barkly Regional Councils Remote Communities, outstations, and homelands. You will report to the Director of Operations and Remote Communities.
The Essentials:
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage and adjust to changing situations.
Leadership qualities, must be able to lead and motivate a team, providing clear direction and ensuring team members are working towards common goals.
Willing to be able to travel and work in Remote Communities and from time to time stay overnight.
The Finer Details:
Salary of $133,350.16 per annum ($2,564.43 gross per week).
Tennant Creek Zone Allowance of $1.8900 per ordinary hour.
