The Role
As the Regional Manager you are responsible for the financial and quality outcomes of the teams that are being directly managed.
A leader’s role is to problem solve, improve systems and remove hurdles to create an environment when employees can thrive.
The Regional Manager will also be required to work closely with Team Leaders, Account Managers, interstate peers and Directors to ensure best-practice outcomes and consistency in service delivery.
As the Regional Manager you will be responsible for the Victorian, South Australian & Tasmanian operations including:
- People
- Quality & RTW Outcomes
- Customers
- Planning
- Reporting
- File Management
- Business Development
- Account Management
- Finance.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Accredited Allied Health professional
- 5+ Years of industry experience working in Workers’ Compensation scheme/s
- Excellent Organisational and Time management skills
- Highly Advanced computer literacy
- Valid Australians Driver’s License
- Excellent written + report writing abilities and verbal communication skills
