We are looking for a Nurse who can provide quality care to a diverse mix of patients through;
- Chronic Disease Management including Care Plans & Health Assessments
- Immunisations & Vaccinations
- ECG's & Spirometry
- Wound care/dressings
- Assisting doctors with minor surgical procedures
- Cold chain management and sterilisation
- Identifying & contributing to the development of our patient educational needs.
- Iron Infusions
Essential Criteria:
- Current unrestricted Nurses Registration with AHPRA
- Current CPR certification
- Current Immunisation Certificate
- Best Practice Medical software experience preferred but not essential
The Extra's that will set you apart:
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Practice Nurse or a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Proficiency with IT systems
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Caring & collaborative approach to patient care
- Proven multi-tasking and time management skills.
