As a Registered Nurse you will be planning care around meeting the care needs of the person entrusted to your care. As a member of the clinical care team, you will perform in accordance with legislation and practice within professional and ethical framework. We are looking for someone who is passionate about assisting our residents with their daily needs.
Duties of the role include but are not limited to;
- Deliver, manage, and coordinate person-centered resident care.
- Provide quality patient care.
- Demonstrate high level of accurate and comprehensive documentation of resident care.
- Participate and play an active role in promotion of workplace health and safety.
- Manage all medication administration.
- Complete residents care plan assessments on admission.
You are a valued member of our clinical team. You will bring the below attributes for the role.
- Registration with Australian Health Professional Regulation Agency (Nursing) - AHPRA
- Knowledge and relevant experience in clinical services in a complex nursing and/or aged care setting.
- Understanding or ability to learn the attributes of the Commonwealth.
- Funding System in relation to ACFI.
- Demonstrated understanding of the relevant Laws, Acts, Regulations, Charters, and Codes of Practice.
- Strong communication skills.
