Remuneration: $31.36 - $39.82 ($39.51 - $48.90 with Casual Loading) + 10.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

As a Registered Nurse provide person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include:
Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members

What makes a difference for us?
Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
General nursing experience, post-registration
NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements

Selection Criteria Desirable: Can you supply evidence of an up-to-date influenza vaccination & COVID 19 vaccination in accordance with the current Public Health Directive for Aged Care Facilities
Desirable: Do you hold a current Nurse Licence and Registration Certificate to practice in the state where employed? Ie. AHPRA registration
Desirable: If you are successful for this role, you may be required to undergo a series of pre-employment checks; that may include your Right to Work in Australia, Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and a Health Screening Questionnaire. Do you consent to this?
Desirable: Do you have broad general nursing experience and demonstrated skills reflective of clinical experience?
Desirable: Do you have full Australian working entitlements as an Australian Citizen. Australian Permanent Resident or New Zealand Resident?
