We are looking for a proactive, forward-thinking Registered Nurse (Resident Wellness Manager), who is able to provide clinical leadership and support to our home in Emerald and to ensure delivery of person-centred care to the residents. This position is supported by an experienced and supportive Manager.

The successful applicant will be:
- Able to commit to 4 night duties per week.
- A Registered Nurse currently registered in Australia (APHRA) without any notation
- A confident team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that have a passion for leading clinical outcomes
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in an Aged Care in Australia
- Postgraduate qualifications in gerontology, Dementia Care, Palliative Care or Wound Management or relevant discipline would be highly regarded but is not mandatory
- Focused on improving quality of life of our clients
- Understanding of ANACC
- Sound clinical decision-making skills
- Sound understanding of relevant legislation and experience in meeting Australian Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a balanced approach
- Highly organised with proven ability to appropriately prioritise tasks in a busy environment
- Excellent computer skills and ability to use computer software in the delivery of care services
- Hold a current driver’s license
