We are dedicated to delivering flexible in-home nursing care options to those in the aged care and disability sectors, ranging from 24/7 care, pallative care, infusions, Catheter Care (IDC and SPC) to one-hour visits for wound care and diabetes management. Your Next AdventureReporting to our Care Designer, your role will be on the front line and will include but will not be limited to the following:

- Have experience in community/acute/aged care or disability nursing
You will be:
- Passionate about making a difference.
- Have at least 4 years post grad experience in the community/acute/aged care or disability sector
- Experience with Central Venous Access Devices (including ports) highly desirable
- Experience with wound care, diabetes management and catheters (IDC and SPC).
- A self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for their own behaviour & success.
- Embrace advice and coaching to be the best you can be
- Able to identify and report client care concerns to the Care Designers
- A great communicator with strong skills in speaking and writing in English. Other languages will be an asset!
- Reliable and will always be on time to the client's home.
- Able to work flexibly through having a driver's license and your own car

Job Requirement
Supporting clients across Perth North, these positions offer a great deal of variety. As we provide support to our clients 24/7, the ability to work on the weekends and evenings is an advantage.
During your shift, you will be supporting the client within their own home and in the community, so your ability to develop a rapport quickly, your natural empathy and your desire to make lives better are keys to your success.
We are currently looking for nurses to support clients across Perth North.
You will be required to have:
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Have a “can-do” attitude
- Manual Handling Experience
- Current CPR & First Aid Certification
- Own Car & Current Drivers License
- Disability Workers Exclusion Scheme Approval
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
- Availability on weekends and evenings
- We are looking to build our care team with a variety of experienced Nurses who are able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs.
