We are looking for Registered Nurses and Midwifes who want to extend their skills, or those who are already working in this fulfilling specialty and considering a change.

In this role:
As a passionate patient advocate, this role would see you contributing to a highly positive patient experience while working in a close-knit team. In doing this you will be working with compassionate clinical team who ensure our patients receive an exceptional experience throughout every aspect of their fertility treatment.
At IVFAustralia, our nurses and midwives love what we do. We use our knowledge of Assisted Reproductive Technologies and draw on our many organisational resources to provide the best support that we can for our patients. We deliver the daily nursing operations to support patients during a complex and often difficult journey.
As part of the nursing team at IVFA, you will have an opportunity to work closely with a team of highly skilled and experienced Fertility Specialists. Your communication skills, empathy, ability to interpret and apply clinical directives in a professional and supportive way is what you enjoy doing and what makes you successful.
If you like to work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including Nurses, Fertility Specialists, Counsellors, Administrators and Scientists, you will find this a highly satisfying role.
Essential Qualifications:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse and/or Midwife.
- Minimum 4 years post registration experience
Desirable Skillset:
- Current or previous experience in Fertility Nursing will be highly regarded, but is not essential
- Superior communication skills that support strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, and act as a driver of positive outcomes
- Agile mindset that enables you to interpret patient needs and act on them with a ‘best practice approach’ always a the forefront
