The position is responsible for: Undertaking actions to ensure the orderly and timely attendance to responsibilities under Legislation, Council By-Laws and Policies.Prepare and implement abatement notices, infringements and declarations in accordance with relevant legislation.Work collaboratively with other Council Teams to achieve Councils desired outcomes in alliance with Councils Values.
