Your new role

• Provide rehabilitation and return to work support for Cleanaway employees.
• Contribute to the building of our Cleanaway culture; employee engagement, people awareness, personal ownership and continuous improvement.
• Support the management of rehabilitation case files ensuring compliance with the SRC Act.
• Assist with the management of Early Intervention cases and non-work related conditions.
• Provide critical administrative support to the Rehabilitation and Injury Management Advisory team.
• Provide assistance to and answer queries from the business relating to Rehabilitation and Injury Management processes.

What skills can I bring to Cleanaway?

• Driver's Licence and car required.
• Return To Work Coordinator or similar experiences.
• Broad stakeholder management experience in developing relationships with employees, managers, and service providers.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritise your work load.
• Broad stakeholder management skills.
