About the position:
- Support and nature relationships with existing selling agents
- Canvas for new channel agents, train and onboard
- Responsible for agent communication through EDM, project phone and content for socials
- Responsible for reporting on agent activity on a weekly basis
- Assist with guiding the agents through the sales life cycle, from reservations through to unconditional and beyond
- Liaise with the contract and marketing team as required
- Ensuring sales administration processes are being adhered too
- Make recommendations on how current processes can be improved
- Conduct on-site project briefings and attend events as needed
- Monitor and document market intel from competing projects
- Maintain and add to databases and portals
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training as required
- Man displays suites
About You
- Assertive and Tenacious, confident to pick up the phone
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
- Microsoft proficient
- Passion for Property industry
- Ability to network and recognise opportunities
- Previous experience an advantage but not essential, would suit a Property manager or Administrator looking to take the next step in their career
- Reliable Vehicle and valid Victorian Drivers licence
