ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting various office functions across multiple locations, including leave coverage and project work across Perth Metropolitan area.
Week 1 & 2:
Monday 0800-1615
Tuesday 0830-1645
Wednesday 0830-1645
Thursday 0830-1645
Friday 0830-1645 availability
- The position is not suitable to those seeking school hours.
- You will be required to work during school holidays.
- Part time hours 30.4hrs, however we expect this position will work above these hours (paid) with a potential for full time in the near future.
- Efficiently manage day-to-day administrative tasks at different sites.
- Handle correspondence and communication.
- Maintain organized records and databases.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with basic accounting and financial tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Rostering and processing timesheets for staff.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated administration experience in a busy/dynamic environment and a proven background in a customer service related role.
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Superior time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
- Adaptability to work in diverse environments.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Driver's license and vehicle.
- Successful completion of a Pre-Employment Health Questionnaire and references
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)
- Evidence of COVID-19 and Influenza Vaccinations
