We are currently seeking a suitably experienced Administration Officer at the Community Services Centre. The successful applicant for this position will be responsible for providing administrative support by performing a broad range of word processing, general secretarial and administrative duties in an efficient and customer focused manner for the Community Services Unit.
To be successful in this role you will needQualifications
Essential
- Current Victorian driver license
- Employee Working with Children Check
Essential
- Demonstrated experience and skills in customer service
- Understanding of the services and activities undertaken by local government
Proficient in the use of computer applications, including Microsoft applications, Outlook and cloud based software
Key selection criteria 2Demonstrated customer relations and communications skills
Key selection criteria 3Experience with data entry and word processing.
