Relief Administration Officer - Community Services

• Casual ongoing position with no minimum hours
• Located at the Port Fairy Community Services Centre

We are currently seeking a suitably experienced Administration Officer at the Community Services Centre. The successful applicant for this position will be responsible for providing administrative support by performing a broad range of word processing, general secretarial and administrative duties in an efficient and customer focused manner for the Community Services Unit.

To be successful in this role you will need
Qualifications
Essential

• Current Victorian driver license
• Employee Working with Children Check

Experience
Essential

• Demonstrated experience and skills in customer service

Desirable

• Understanding of the services and activities undertaken by local government

Key selection criteria 1

Proficient in the use of computer applications, including Microsoft applications, Outlook and cloud based software

Key selection criteria 2

Demonstrated customer relations and communications skills

Key selection criteria 3

Experience with data entry and word processing.
