- Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences before departure.
- Prepare client documents and travel tips, advising on printing requirements, etc., well in advance of departure.
- Assist in distributing information and coordinating internal/team needs as needed.
- Update daily activity, reporting, and status in the cloud-based CRM.
- Set and manage schedules efficiently, serving as backup travel support/main point of contact during emergencies, even outside normal office hours.
- Continuously enhance proficiency in implementing tools for an enriched remote workplace culture.
