What you'll do
The Reporting Analyst will build and own data-driven reports with insights and metrics that drive change in the business which are tailored in level of detail for the appropriate stakeholders. The role will support data driven projects and drive simplification and automation of reporting through analysis and preparation of ongoing reports and data visualizations to aid in data storytelling within defined project scope using established tool and standards.
Essential for the role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
- Experience with building visualisations, data modelling, process improvement, simplification and automation.
- Previous experience in a Business Insight/Market Analyst Role
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Outstanding problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
Desirable for the role
- Degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing or equivalent
- Knowledge of SQL, Python or other programming languages
- Experience in customer profiling and segmentation
- Previous experience in an analytical role in the pharmaceutical industry
