We’re looking for a customer focused superstar to join our professional and fun Front Office team. Full time and casual positions available.
Quarters at Flinders Hotel is the 40 room award winning boutique hotel located in the heart of Flinders on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. This accommodation facility compliments the first class food and beverage offerings of the Flinders Hotel which includes The Deck Bar & Bistro, Peninsula conferencing & events, Zigis Bar & Dining and Georgie Bass Café & Cookery school.
Directly reporting to our General Manager, you will be part of our dynamic team working together to deliver an exceptional experience to our accommodation guests and all Flinders Hotel customers we come into contact with.
The successful applicant will possess:
- Experience in hotel reception check-in/check-out, and/or Restaurant Reservations (highly desirable)
- A strong work ethic.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management skills.
- Flexibility to work on a 7 day rotating roster.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
- Welcoming guests on arrival; check-in/check-out and providing assistance for the duration of their stay.
- Phone and email accommodation, restaurant and Gin High Tea reservations
- Providing concierge services such as dining recommendations; cookery classes; local attractions etc.
