In this pivotal role, you will be the FACE of our company, representing us at expos, schools, and various events. Your primary focus will be to expand our business through strategic connections, robust networking, and proactive marketing of our services. You will play a vital part in reaching more clients and engaging with families, schools, and NDIS relevant entities to grow our services and clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand the business by using and building connections, networking, and proactively marketing our services
- Represent Empower and Shine Disability at expos, schools, and relevant events with professionalism and empathy.
- Proactively engage with potential clients and their families to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into clients, ensuring a steady flow of work.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their support networks.
- Utilize your knowledge and experience with the NDIS to navigate the system and support clients through the process.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the disability sector
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or client engagement roles.
- Confidence and assertiveness to pursue leads and close deals.
