You:

People will describe you as a self-motivated individual that takes pride in every aspect of what they do. You are enthusiastic in your approach to your work and love the feeling of gratitude when you have achieved a desired outcome. You can relate to people and can relate to clients with the feeling of their home being the most important thing that they may ever do. You have the construction knowledge to problem solve and your ability to manage surrounding trades gives you the ability to achieve the best outcome for them and the overall project. Your time management skills allow you to run up to 10 projects at the same time at various stages. You love the feeling of being part of an innovative team that wants to help not only to exceed their client expectations but improve the overall industry. What makes you successful is the desire to achieve the outcome that you personally would want to have if you were in your client’s situation of building a new home. This role gives you the ability to still be on the tools when required but also gives you the opportunity to have a semi office-based role and increase your overall construction knowledge and skills. 

Overall Qualities and Characteristics:

Self-starter, high eye for detail, great communication skills, great time management, punctual, loyal, motivated, well presented, decisive, detailed orientated, organised, polite, accountable, pleasant, practical problem solver, disciplined, collaborative, multitasker, technological savvy, resourceful, enjoys a challenge, knowledgeable in construction.

• Experience in a similar role.
• Effective communication skills.
• In depth construction knowledge.
• Great trade skills and trade skills knowledge.
• Ability to prioritize your work and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Great team member.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn quickly and effectively.
• Trade qualified with 5 years plus as a qualified tradesman within the building industry
• Open drivers licence
• Has experience in single and two story construction
